Northwind Charters Online Ordering System
1. Your credit card will be billed immediately to NORTHWIND CHARTERS upon the completion of this order. You will ONLY receive confirmation if your credit card is successfully billed. We require a 100% deposit on all reservations upfront when all reservations are made.
2. Small coolers under 45 quart are allowed.
3. Tackle, food, snacks, and non alcoholic drinks are available at the Sport Fishing Center where you check in. $3 Day use parking permits are required. ALL PRE-PAID ITEMS ARE PICKED UP BY DECKHAND THE MORNING OF YOUR TRIP AND DELIVERED TO BOAT.
5. Illegal drugs, firearms, or explosives of any kind are not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse passage to any person that appears to be under the influence of drugs or excessive amounts of alcohol. Passengers are subject to being searched before entering the port.
6. California Fishing License, rent rods, gratuities, fish cleaning and tackle are not included. No refunds on tackle sales. Please purchase fishing license prior to your trip online here: https://www.wildlife.ca.gov/licensing/online-sales
7. We usually catch fish but we do not guarantee that we will catch any fish. We do not issue rain checks/refunds for slow fishing.
8. Cancellation policy: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED RESERVATIONS. NO SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND! Under special circumstances we may create a credit towards future trip.
9. Full Boat charters have a maximum passenger limit of 25 (18 for Salmon). Additional passengers above maximum requires PRIOR APPROVAL FROM THE CAPTAIN AND SUBJECT TO A PER PERSON SURCHARGE.
10. Trips cancelled due to bad weather/lack of participation will receive a deposit/credit towards a future trip or moved to an alternate boat. Deposits/Credits are valid for 365 days from the original trip date. Prices subject to change without notice. Fuel Surcharge may apply if fuel prices increase substantially. We reserve the right to overbook trips by two persons. Return times approximate and may change.
11. Pictures and videos from your trip are frequently reused/shared on our website or social media. Please let us know if you prefer us not to use them.
